Hello, new to the forum but need some advice. We are looking at buying the M500 and after doing some research I read some posts that said that the warranty is not valid if purchased online. I have been pricing this model out and it's as high as $1700. Poolpartz has it for $1199. When I messaged the company they said that for a new model it will come from the manufacture with a valid warranty. My husband is skeptical. Any experience with the seller? Any advice? We are new pool owners and need some help.

That's a lot of pool robot.... how big is your pool? Vinyl, fiberglass or gunnite?

I've never heard of the seller, but you can call Maytronics up and get the scoop from them on how one would get warranty work on online purchases?

Poolpartz is legit.

I bought a refurb Dolphin E10 from them and it came with a 1 year maytronics warranty.

Many others on the forum have bought from them as well.

I believe they are the only maytronics refurb seller in the USA but I could be wrong.

Looked at PoolPartz website. I see different wording on warranties.

The refurb unit I looked at said 1 year manufacturer warranty.

The m500 said "We provide 3 year warranty with purchase." I'll bet that means it's a PoolPartz warranty, not a manufacturer warranty.

A call to PoolPartz will clear this up.
