I've searched and haven't come across this issue yet. My Dolphin is a little over 3 years old. It powers on and runs it's self check and stops.

I flipped it over to watch the test. One track works fine while the other doesn't move. If I 'help' the tracks get started they'll move but at only about half the speed of the other side. I assume this is a motor issue, but thought I'd ask here. I don't see anything stuck in the tracks etc. as I've went through the troubleshooting steps.

Did you figure out the issue? I have exactly the same problem. Any chance it’s the blue cord? I haven’t replaced mine yet. It’s 6-7 years old.

I have the same problem. What did you do to fix it?
