If my cya is right and I don’t want it to increase does anyone make a 3” tablet that has no stabilizer in it?

There are cal-hypo tablets. You need to have a special dispenser for them. Do not put them in an inline tablet chlorinator.
The cal-hypo ones dissolve pretty quickly and are known to leave behind a goo like substance.

Not sure what you mean. You can install a SWCG on any pool. Add salt to 3000 ppm or so and of it generates.
