Do I need to deal with Copper first?

Got a portable pool vac (the filter vac stunk) and finally got the last of the dirt from the center of the pool... I then spent 20 minutes hand skimming because the water level was too high from rain for the skimmer to work properly when the filter ran, and this was the result. Only a handful of spots of dirt on the bottom (couple leaf bits) and a little bit of surface junk. Here's hoping the rain didn't push the FC too low on me (was only 3.5 instead of a min of 4...) and that it stays this clear now that I have the tools to keep it this way!
