I couldn’t stomach paying almost $40 for the only ones I could find on the market.

1.5 pvc is an exact fit for the anchors. Pop on a cap, add an escutcheon and filled with grout.

A 2 inch thick block of ice forming in there over the winter seemed to be asking for trouble in my new deck.

I couldn’t find anything telling me that the anchors/concrete would or wouldn’t stand up to the ice so I figured I’d best put something in the hole for the winter to be safe.

Probably only really needed the grout filled pipe but the escutcheon does make it look cool!
