Thinking of getting this: 1-1/2" PVC Lay Flat Discharge Hose Sold by the foot | eBay to go from the outflow of this: 1.5HP Swimming Pool Pump Motor Hayward w/Strainer Generic In/Above Ground 283961329148 | eBay to the multiport valve. The vinyl hose I have there now is a bit too short and I had one heck of a time prying it off since it's so inflexible. The PSI rating on the ebay description is 85, which is far above what any pool pump can supply. Was thinking of using hose clamps to create a seal. What do you think?
