Yup- that's a question for @JamesW Paging JamesW! Come in JamesW..... 
UGH they show everything but the fan removal...the VS motor is a little different too...
At 1:20, it shows that the fan is pressed on and they got it off by removing the front end.
Alternatively, you can try to find a way to get under the fan and pull it off without damaging it.
