DIG-220 SWG Replacement and Power

Hi, i'm new to pools and i'm hoping i saw this correctly. So, i have a 30,000 gallon vinyl liner pool. I have a DIG-220 (Autopilot Pool Pilot™ Digital) SWG with PPC 1 salt cell. Recently, the SWG cell stopped producing chlorine, even after cleaning it. We bought the house last year and i believe the pool was added in 2012. Other than that, i don't really have much history. So, i believe i need to replace the PPC1 with a new salt cell.

My questions are:

From what i understand/read on the forum, it is important to know what voltage is going to the DIG 220 wall unit. I'm unsure how to tell what voltage is running to the unit? Is there an easy way to tell? I understand it can be 110v or 220v?

Also, it seems from my reading that a PPC1 is too small for this size of pool. As i understand it, i should get a cell that's rated for 60,000 gallons. Does that mean i should get a PPC4? Is it as simple as putting the PPC4 in an attaching the cord? Do i have to make other changes to the settings on the control panel?

Finally, when i go to 'test my pool' in the menu of the wall unit, i notice the system reads 16v and 6.4 amps. Is that okay? i don't have any red lights/etc. on the unit.

What does the electrical connection to the cell look like?

What does the Circuit Breaker controlling the SWG power look like?

Default is 240V. See page 14-15 on the attached manual for voltage settings on the circuit board.

Yup, a PPC1 cell for 28,000 gallons is way undersize for your pool.

I think the board senses the cell size installed.

I will check and see if i can get the info on voltage when i get home.

That said, If i'm reading the volt/amps guide correctly. I have the equivalent of an RC-35. I will check power level when i get home as well, but i assume if i'm b/w 5 amps and 6.5 amps then the voltage of 16.4v seems to be okay? I could be reading this backwards. Is that right?

Do i need to set my power level to a different number if it is Power Level 1 currently?
