Diamond Brite resurfacing question

Had the pool resurfaced a few months ago with Diamond Brite and now there seems to be some kind of white film on the surface. Brushing seems to barley work even with a wire brush. Anyone had this issue before? How did you resolve it? i'm thinking i'm going to have to drain it and power wash it to get it off the walls.

any info would be appreciated.

Have you spoken with the pool builder/plaster company who resurfaced your pool? That looks like mottling in the color. I doubt power washing will fix it.

What kind of start up was used on this pool?

Do you have a test kit? What are your current numbers?
