Hey all! Getting ready to open for the season. The winter seemed uneventual so I’m grateful for that! Been trying to just keep the water pumped off the cover. Pics shown of how it looked this weekend.
The main opening project this year is to replace the multi port valve on my filter. It leaks a bit from the backwash and the handle is very hard to turn. May just need a spider gasket but I feel like the valve is at least 10 years old and would be best to replace it. I have the new one ready to go.
Ill use this post to document my 2025 season. Will be the 4th season with my Sharkline 21’ round steel pool. As usual good to be here and talk pools with everyone! Next step is to get my chlorine for the first round of the season.
