Deck & coping painting question

Hi all. I wanted to refresh my pool deck and coping (if possible) with some more modern colors. For the deck (red), what Sherwin Williams product would you recommend? And for the coping (stone?) is there a product I could use to paint it? The deck may end up being painted a sandstone-ish shade of color and I don't want it to blend and look too similar to the coping. In fact, ideally I would like to paint the coping a shade of brown for nice contrast.

Any product recommendations? Thanks!

We used H&C Cool Feel (S-W Product) for our entire patio/deck. We have poured coping, but the concrete taped off the decking to make it appear that we have a coping. Our deck is one color and the coping another. The H&C cleans up great and so far no issues, but we put down 3 coats.

DON'T use paint of any kind. If you must, use a stain that soaks into the cement but doesn't layer on top of it. If the red deck has already been painted, then I don't know what to tell you.

Our original patio was acid stained, it looked like Crud and was so uneven in color it looked terrible. It was impossible to change the color and match the new pool deck due to the differences in age of concrete and the mixes.

Isn’t concrete stain very similar to paint in reference to its viscosity? Unless your talking about an acid concrete stain.

I'm not sure what the red is(paint or stain) it's from the previous owner. I'm guessing it's painted but I attached a side pic of the concrete slab so you can see and give opinion. The coping I guess is some sort of concrete or stone, I attached a chipped area for better idea.

Any thoughts? I have a pro painting coming to do the interior of the house and I'm waiting to see what he'd recommend for the pool area to see if I want him to do it as well.
