I want to change my grids because DE powder keep going in my pool. I have a new manifold, DE grids and multi port valve, and NO ONE can figure out it feeding back
DE Filter keeps letting DE into my pool..

Nor sure what DE filter you have so please clarify that. On a Pentair DE there is a o-ring where the manifold attaches to the standpipe. Ensure that is in place and not cut. Also, there is an air bleed assembly on top of the manifold that has a screen, ensure that is in place and not damaged.
