Like a lot of people here, I use the OTO for my daily test, and the FAS-DPD about once a week. The question is, what do you base the chlorine dosing on with the OTO? I've been using the middle value between 3-6 & 5-10. Or do most of you just add a certain amount of chlorine every day or two?

I used the FAS-DPD every day for the first few months until I really knew my pool's appetite.
Now I test pH and have a look at the OTO, just to see that it's bright yellow, and add the usual bleach every day. Days I'm adjusting pH or doing something else like vacuuming, I'll do the FAS-DPD test and adjust the amount.
