CYA Calculation

Hi all,
New pool installed a few weeks ago. It’s been years since I maintained my parents pool. Looking for someone to validate the amount of CYA to add when I’m starting at 0ppm. SWG, vinyl liner, ~24000 gal. I’m showing 15 lbs of dry stabilizer to bring the CYA up to 75ppm. Thanks in advance

Welcome to TFP! Normally we adjust CYA to a minimum of 70 for salt pools, but you might opt to go just to 60 for now to be safe. You can always add another 10 ppm later. Zero to 60 in your pool is about 12 lbs according to the PoolMath APP.
