Crazy high FC and a little miscommunication with DH

Thank you all for your help - haven't been able to test pool past couple of days due to life in general, but here's today's numbers

FC 12
CC 0
Ph 7.0 (or below - took 5 drops of base demand to come to 7.6)
TA 90
CH 80
CYA 40
SWG 3600

Pool is blue but cloudy. I know SLAM says to continue til it's clear but I'm thinking due to the massive amount of chlorine I've added that if CC tests 0 again tomorrow I should move forward and begin balancing the water. Opinions? Thanks in advance.

You need to pass the overnight chlorine loss test, have .5 or fewer ccs, and have clear water before you're safely out of the woods. After investing in so much bleach, in your shoes I'd want to be a 100% certain you don't have to do it again
