Cracked Heater Pipe

My pump failed during a freeze and one of my heater pipes cracked. Can this be repaired?

Update. I’d had a plumber out for some another job and he had looked at it and silver soldered the crack. Got it all put back together. It is not leaking. It may just be a Band-Aid, but I’m gonna roll with it and see how long it works. He was way cheaper than any other options.

What model heater are we discussing?

Show us some wider pictures of the heater and where exactly the crack is.

The part needs to be replaced, not repaired.

Most likely, there is more damage to the heat exchanger.

You can unsolder the return bend and solder in a new return bend to see if it works.

Unsolder the return bend and provide all dimensions.

Post all dimensions of the Female sockets and the Male return bend including inside and outside dimensions.

Pressure test the heat exchanger to see if it is leaking anywhere else.

An auto radiator repair shop may be able to fix it.
