I have a new slow dripping leak on the inlet side of my heat pump. Heat pump is off and there is an Intellivalve blocking flow to the heatpump, so there is no flow when off. I looked at the fitting and noticed a crack on the pump side of the fitting. HeatPump was installed July 2022. Is it best to file a warranty claim with Pentair?

Yes, if the HP is under warranty file a claim with Pentair and see if they will cover it.
