Coping and tile replacement deck enhancement

Hi,
I moved into this house w gunite pool that was refinished before we moved in. The tile is new and the coping is not. The tile is faded penny tile after 3 yrs . I’d like to replace tile and coping only without redoing the plaster . Also the pool deck is unlevel in a couple areas. We will need to get that leveled and then resurface w renukrete or kool deck. Has anyone done anything like this ? Is is possible or am I better off doing coping only?
So any feedback on renukrete as well?
I’m in northern New Jersey and also looking for a good pool company? I have not been happy with the 2 I had so far. When I had staining in the Gunite no one had good info on correction except to acid wash. Nor any reccs on how to prevent it in the future

I doubt you can find anyone who can redo tile without damaging the plaster. They need tobe done together.

I’m in Parsippany. One is looking for coping and possibly tile. Also open and close service. One that has good advice on top of the forum here.
I have staining and my current service just said I could only acid wash and did not give any suggestions as to causes and remedies.
