Control valve of chlorine tab feeder clogged!

Hey guys

I had a call from a client and he said the control valve of his chlorine tab feeder is clogged!

What is the reason for the clogging and what can i do to fix it?

remove it and flush it with plain water.
However, there could be setting it wrong and only think its clogged.
