Continuing algae problem

I've been fighting algae for a few months now. I've been servicing my pool for 25 years and have never had it so persistent. I test my water almost daily. I had to have a wall fitting repaired for a leak two months ago and drained about 50% of the water then. Shortly after the repair I started getting algae. I performed a SLAM and passed all the criteria. I've been maintaining pretty balanced pool chemistry but still getting algae. A few days ago I shocked. brushed thoroughly. vacuumed, and cleaned the filter grids. I already have algae. I test my water but today I took a sample to the local pool store which was very close to my results but they tested 4500 TDS. I have never had TDS levels that high so I've been reading about that. I've searched and read many of the posts on TFP about TDS. For the most part, most of the experts report that they aren't a problem. Outside of TFP there are opinions that high TDS can lead to algae blooms. After maintaining my pool for 25 years I'm a bit stumped and I'm looking for answers. I'm no expert, but I'm not new at this either. Over the years I've had algae but have always been able to treat it effectively and not have ongoing issues. I'm now having bloom at elevated chlorine levels so somethings not right. Today's water test results are:
TC 10 ppm
FC 10 ppm
CC 0 ppm
PH 7.6
TA 110 ppm
CH 300 ppm
CYA 55
TDS 4500 ppm

How do you test - what kit? Can you post those results? CYA is rounded up.

When was your last SLAM? How long of a duration? How quickly did algae return?

Have you considered a SWCG? I would guess that your FC is falling below minimum, which is why you fight algae regularly. That's not typical, and would indicate sanitation levels are occasionally an issue.

Your FC isn’t really elevated much considering your CYA level. What was the FC levels over the past few weeks? It’s possible that you are just under chlorinating?
