Gotcha ok! I realize I misinterpreted "don't test CYA" with "don't do anything about CYA", so I didn't add any stabilizer. I have some and have added the recommended 129g into my skimmer. Test CYA in about 3 days then?

In between now and my CYA test, I assume I just check levels as normal and make any adjustments that pool math suggests?

Yes since you only have enough for 2 CYA tests and you had a fresh fill I meant hold off on the test not the chemical addition... sorry for the incomplete communication. I'm still a little surprised that all the FC is gone in one day but you'll need the CYA to maintain reasonable FC. Is there any possibility you used an ammonia cleaning product before you filled the pool?

@setsailsoon Nope, just added some of my regular Walmart bleach to a few liters of water in the bottom of the pool, then used a soft scrub brush to go over the bottom and up the sides of the interior. Then I shop vac'd it out the best I could, then filled.
