Concrete(with pebbles) around the pool area refinish

The pebbles in the concrete around the pool area are giving up and getting into the pool. The robot cleaner goes over them and sometimes result in a liner tear.
What is the best way to fix the concrete.. is there a sealer ?20210328_095944.jpg
 
There are many concrete coatings. None of them are forever and once you apply them they need to be redone every few years. You may want to watch this thread...
