I'm surprised there had been no guessing as to what caused him to suddenly leave us. I certainly have my guesses but I hope that none are true,

It's kind of like when a show ends a season on a cliffhanger and then gets canceled.

I too wish he would return.
 
Mats apparently has no intention of returning to the forum. He was apparently offended by a PM to him by one of our mods. The post itself was really very trivial (but not to him, I guess) and we were surprised when Mats exited the forum voluntarily and abruptly.

I thought it may have been a language barrier issue but his command of English is excellent. I PM'd him shortly after his "resignation" (as I'm sure others have) and he never read the PM. Too bad. His was an interesting thread, for sure.

Well, I recall a posting by him, now edited, wherein I thought it pretty obvious he was having a bad awful day. If the exchange then shifted to PMs and got ugly, that is something to which I obviously have no privy.

I'm back!!! With peace, tranquility and good will :cool:
I'm glad that I still can log in to that old Henry Porter profile and see that it's still valid :) So where were we???
But before we start over do I need to apologise to one person on these boards(you know who you are) I'm sorry for the pm I sent you. Just the thought of it's contents still brings me a pink colour to my cheeks :oops:
But I'm not gonna talk about whatever was anymore, i'm just glad that I'm able to be back to finish my pool together with all of you so let's get into it :lol:

I don't know if I showed you the soccer goal I have poured infront the outdoor kitchen. Anyhow the goal was intended to hold up the roof over the kitchen but over time did we found another use for it aswell, on this side of the goal have we decided to mount a 4m wide marquess that will serve as sun shade and rain shade over our outdoor furnitures. I have looked out one marquess that I can operate with a remote and it goes out 3m from the goal. I really like that idea to be able to use the concrete goal to more than one thing.

I have to end this revival post very abrubt but it's saturday night here and DW want's me to shot down the computer. I will be back tomorrow with a few more pics.

It's great to hear from you! Your work is impeccable as ever.

The next few PAGES OF POSTS will be from swooning fans all thrilled you are willing to post your story back up for us to enjoy. I'm pretty sure you know the word "swooning" but if you don't, do you remember the movie clips of the girls that fainted when the Beatles came to America?......that's swooning!!

There was a great void created here when you left. All of us were stunned and concerned for you, not knowing what dire circumstances could have taken you away so abruptly. Whatever it was, I'm glad you're past it.
Now, to move on and get cracking on that build. We're all dying for updates.
