Coming unglued over these cheap thermometers!!

Does anyone have any specific suggestions for a relatively inexpensive pool thermometer (e.g. <=10-20 bucks) which does NOT come UNGLUED half way through the first season? Every one I buy does this eventually and then you can't get a reading because the thermometer is sliding around loose, so the graduated marks mean nothing. Sure i could mark it when it's new and reglue it, etc,.. but you would think they could make a thermometer intended for the POOL which does not have this issue, seems pretty basic!!

This is very similar to what we have and never came unglued. Only the string has eroded and I've had to replace that a few times.

FYI, that BLUE DEVIL is one of the ones I had come apart on me within a season. Will try one of the others suggested. Thanks again folks.
