If you have or can get a copy of the receipt you can go on Bestway website and start a claim, even if you did not buy a warranty. I bought mine in June 2018 and was able to get a receipt from Walmart. I went on Bestway website and started a claim. You will need receipt, batch # off of pool and picture of leak/s. I submitted yesterday and got an email today that my claim has been approved...
Update: 2nd liner they sent me last year and told me the window issue was fixed has started leaking. Called Bestway back and they told me to cut the batch # off the pool and take a picture of me holding it... what??? Trying to salvage this the best we can because there are no pools to buy. She also said this would be the last liner they would replace. I asked if they could send me one without the windows and she said no it would be the same that I purchased. Then asked about a refund and she said no. I told her to keep the piece of junk and I would never buy Bestway again. We have tried everything with no luck. I filed a complaint with Coleman as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Something to consider:
If you still have the old liner, cut a patch big enough to cover the entire window and leak, and glue the patch on the inside of the liner using Boxer vinyl adhesive.
