Cloudy Water after Swimming

My brother-in-law is getting his pool cleared up using liquid chlorine (10%), has a 30 ft round vinyl liner above ground pool. His test last night was the following:
FC=5.0, CC=0.0, pH=7.5, TA=80, CH=250, CYA=50
The pool math told him the last two nights to add Calcium Chloride, which he did the first night. I told him to not worry about it since he has a vinyl liner pool. He says it is clear but after swimming it gets cloudy.

First - Am I correct that the CH doesn't matter for his pool?
Second - Any ideas on the cloudy issue after swimming?

He is using the website and app, I am just posting for him.

No calcium needed. The app is a tool, not something to follow all recommendations without knowledge. The CH range for a vinyl liner pool is 0 - 650.

As the FC is not near SLAM level the SLAM process is not being followed. Follow the SLAM Process

If you have massive amounts of clumpy algae or other debris, vacuuming to waste may be prudent. But otherwise, no need.
