Cloudy - how to clear it up

I'm having guests over, and we'll be using the hot tub. Unfortunately I've neglected it over the last few weeks (adding chlorine here & there, but not testing it).

Last night I peeked at it, saw it was cloudy. I added 1.5 cups of bleach 10%, ran jets on high for an hour (scooping out bubbles every 15 minutes, which decreased in amount each time), then set it to filter all night.

This morning it was better, but still cloudy. So I tested it!
FC 8.0
CC 1.5
CYA 50
pH 8.0
Alkalinity 110
(Hardness was 175 when I filled it on 8-24.)

I decided it must be the alkalinity making it cloudy, so I added 1/3 cup pH down, and ran jets on high for an hour.

Retested it 1.5 hours later:
pH 8.2 (as expected, from the jets blasting)
Alkalinity 80

I then added phosphate remover, since I hadn't done that in a month. I have to add that every 2 weeks because we're on a community well, and if I don't add it every 2 weeks it gets cloudy & squirrely.

It's been 2 more hours. Filter is running. Hot tub is still cloudy (although less cloudy than last night, and hardly any bubbles).

What should I do next? Is it possible to get it uncloudy by tonight? or tomorrow?

Thank you both. You're right - I'm probably at the point I should just drain and refill. I'll probably do that in the next few weeks (due to weather).

For the SLAM, I'll add enough bleach to get it to 20 FC. Then I retest every 2 hours, and add bleach each time to keep it at 20 FC? Until it is clear and CC is at or below .5? Is that correct? But I need to get the pH down to 7.2 first?
