Cloudy blue water?

Hello, I'm new here and will be ordering the K2006C test kit but I have a question on the current state of my pool.

When I started opening the pool for the year, the water was very green. I added shock and that changed it to a cloudy dark blue. Before I was directed here, I went to the store and added different chemicals without it ever completely clearing up. It got to the point where I could see the bottom of the pool if I'm standing next to it but not from our upper deck. The last test showed I needed another gallon of shock and suggested phosphorous remover. I did both of those with the shock going in on Friday and the phosphorous remover being added Monday. Today, it seems somewhere clearer but it's still partly cloudy.

Using the test strips, it looks like my free chlorine is high and the stabilizer is low. TBH, my stabilizer hadn't gotten out of the low range all last year although my chlorine level always showed good.

This is the first year that I've had any trouble getting the pool clear. Do you have any suggestions for what I should try next? I'll retest once I get the new test kit but I'm hoping to have this mostly resolved before that comes. This is a salt water, 11k gallon pool with a sand filter.

Add 5 ppm FC worth of liquid chlorine to the pool with the pump running each day while you wait for your test kit to arrive.
Once you get your kit, run a complete set of pool water chemistry tests and post them here.

The day after I posted this my pool cleared up so I haven't put anything in it since (over a week ago since adding anything and that was 2 gallons of shock). I got the testing kit today and my chlorine results seem way off. I did it twice with similar results. I'm using the smart stirrer if that matters

Ph - 7.8
Fc - 28 (56 drops before turning)
Cc - 2
Tc - 30
Ch - 300
Ta - 90
Cya - 30
Salt - 3600

I had my salt generator on 60% which is what I ran it at last year. I've always had trouble with stabilizer which I believe is similar to cya.

I've since taken my solar cover off and dropped my salt generator to 2% to see if it will drop and I'll retest tomorrow.

Do you keep the solar cover on the pool most daytime hours?

Yes I used 10ml of water.

I put the cover on a couple of days ago and left it on 24 hours

I have a Pentair SWG. Unsure of the model number but can get that tomorrow if it helps.

If you could put what model SWCG in your signature that would be great.

I would raise the CYA to 50 or 60 once the FC comes down.

Any suggestions for a brand of dry stabilizer to use to bring the CYA up?

Should I replace some of the water in the pool to get the FC down quicker? I was hoping to use the pool Thursday. It's in full sun from sunrise until about 4-5pm.

It should burn off rapidly. As long as it gets down to 12 ppm you are good.

Just be sure it is 99-100% cyanuric acid. Walmart, Amazon, etc.
