Closing kit AGP

Do I need the “stain, rust and scale control” for closing an AGP with vinyl liner?
I bought a closing kit but probably could have bought what I wanted separately.
The floating pucks aren’t chlorine(may contain boric acid), no ingredient list either.
Kind of a lame kit.

Chlorine (to raise to SLAM level) and Polyquat 60 are all you need, assuming everything else is balanced...I wouldn't add all that stuff to my pool, especially because you don't know what is in it.
