Cleaning Waterfall Lights

I have some LED lights in my waterfall, and a couple of them (the ones that are not constantly submerged in water) have started to develop a scale on the glass lens. Does anyone have any suggestions for a SAFE (for the lens) way to clean off the scale? I'm not sure what it is, but I have a chlorine pool (not salt), which I keep a close eye on and balance my chemistry daily. Here are my latest numbers along with a few pics:

FC=6.5, pH=7.5, TA=60, CH=250, CYA=42

You can try vinegar first.

Well, vinegar did a little bit, but spots still there. Any other suggestions?

Time to move on to diluted muriatic acid. Start wherever you are comfortable and work up until it works completely. Maybe 30% acid. Always add acid to water, never water to acid.

Muriatic acid may etch the housing. Be careful if you've never used the stuff.
