I’ve just started to notice that our steps in our FG pool is starting to turn cloudy. I’ve tried to capture some photos, I hope you can see what I am trying to describe.

I tried scrubbing with a magic eraser and hitting it with a stiff bristle brush. The magic eraser failed because (1) it didn’t make a dent in removing the haze and (2) fell apart because of the pebbles texture in the steps (anti-slip).

I have marine fiberglass cleaner, but no way to apply under the water, lol.

Before I reach out to manufacturer for suggestions, I was curious if anyone else had any ideas?

Hopefully you can make out where the white/gray haze is seen on top of the actual darker blue fiberglass color (see very edge of steps and some areas where the haze is not occurring).

All water chemistry (CH too) is perfect!

"C", what you are seeing might be the start of the gelcoat transitioning a bit. See my story below. If that's the case, there really isn't much you can do or that's worth the effort. But read my thread below and compare to your scenario. Let us know if you have any questions.
