Hello everyone! Could you all tell me how clay/dust will hurt my water balance? They are landscaping around the new pool and clay is getting everywhere. I know I will have to backwash if the pressure goes up and I am keeping the polaris running to try to keep the clay off of the bottom. Thanks

Clay is not very serious, just make sure it gets cleaned up reasonably quickly. If they get fertilizer in the pool, it can create much more of a problem. Even a fairly small amount of fertilizer can create a huge chlorine demand.
