Circupool Wave Toast??

Hi All
I have a 10+ YO SWG and I think it’s done. When I turn it on, the polarity and green status
lights are on but the percentage lights stay of. I dropped the element in a bucket of pool water and not action at all. Temp is 80 degrees and concentration is 4K. I called the company who now owns circupool and the rep said they would not go through troubleshooting with me because I am not a liscensed electrician.

Any help is appreciatex

SWGs rarely last 10 years. Even considering you only ran it for half a year, it is equivalent to 5 years.

My Mistake.. SGS Wave! As pictured, the controller status light and polarity light are illuminated, but not the output lights. I’m wondering if it’s just needs a element replacement. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Tested my cell in a friends system and the cell works. Is there an after market controller??

Likely not.
Does your friend have the same controller? If so, swap the controller and see if it works in their system.
If it doesn't you are in the market for a new SWG system.

Tried it. My controller is DOA!! I want to keep the cost below $1200.00. 33K pool. Any thoughts??
