Hi folks, I just hooked up my new Circupool RJ30; when it is powered up I get a "Cell Not Match" message and cannot make anything happen by pushing buttons. Unfortunately I am never at home when their customer service phones are open (M-F from 8-3pm) so I'm afraid what could be an easy answer will take me another several days and phone calls while not at home to resolve. Friday I was told to turn the power off, and unplug the salt cell - it was likely a bad connection. I tried this when I got home but nothing changed after I un-pluged and re-connected the wiring several different times. Has anyone dealt with this before or is anyone familiar with the system? I appreciate the help.
 
Frostys, it seems like I recall someone else recently having a problem like this. Do a search on the forum and see what pops up.

Where did you buy the device? Can you call them for assistance?

I did run a search before I posted and did not find anything in these forums or elsewhere. I bought through discountsaltpool.com who appears to be the main distributor for the product. I can call them for assistance; however as my original post said, their support hours are M-F 8am-3pm which is while I am at work. I can't tinker with the equipment while on the phone with support. So after speaking with them on the phone Friday, I came home and tried their advice, which didn't work. I was hoping to avoid several more trial and error calls which could take several more phone calls - and several more days.
