I think I have the same fan pblm.
fyi The fan has a 2-pin connector and, as was mentioned above, is 24V with dimensions 40x40x20mm and 4 screw holes, one in each corner.
My CJ-60 is beyond the warranty, so I found a replacement part on Amazon. I got a pack of two fans for $11.
