Circapool flow sensor not working

Hi,
CircaPool SJ-20 was working wonderfully until the rain/ lightening storm Monday night. Tuesday morning all red lights again and it was turned off. Flow sensor goes green for 17 seconds then red for 3 1/2 seconds then to green, but then back to red. SWG will not turn on unless flow sensor stays green. This New 13,500 gallon salt pool was installed June 7 th. We cleaned the cell already. Any thoughts? 2nd time after a large storm the SWG stopped working. Thinking of returning on Amazon and getting Hayward.

Are you sure you have sufficient flow? Is the filter clean? Are you running the pump at a high enough speed?

For the RJ Series, the flow switch requires 6" to 12" of straight pipe. I assume the SJ is the same? Make sure it's installed in the right direction.

You're probably aware of issues others have had with the new SJ series. Maybe you can swap it for an RJ series?

Yes filter is clean and VS pump is cranked up to 2850. I will check install and saw post about installing the jumper wire . Thank you.

Brand new Circupool sj-45 shuts off after salt and cell lights turn on red

Can anyone help? I just installed a new Circupool sj45 swg and a Hayward 21” sand filter with single speed 1.5hp pump. When I turn on the swg the flow light is green, the generator light turns green and I can see the chlorine gas through the clear cell tube. It runs for maybe 30 seconds, then...

Can someone explain what the jumper wire is for, like is it for changing the voltage?
