Chlorine water temperature too low?

Closing pool this weekend and concerned the water may be too cold for the chlorine to mix well. Water temp is currently 50 degrees. Was Planning on slamming it with 456 ounces of chlorine (22,500 gallon pool)and running pump for 24 hrs, remove hoses pump etc.
***Will this much chlorine, combined with the water temperature damage vinyl liner??? **** Needing advice please.

Chlorine will mix in readily as long as the water is liquid.
