Chlorine Pucks for Vacation

I've never used Chlorine pucks but may need to for an upcoming trip. Of course I know what my average daily need is for liquid Chlorine bleach, and I know my CYA can handle the pucks, but how do I go about determining how many pucks to use? Are there different strength pucks? My need is for 3 days, at least, maybe up to 6 days.

You can use Effects of Adding Chemicals in PoolMath to see what each 8 oz trichlor puck adds to your pool.

This time of year your pool is no longer consuming chlorine that quickly. At low water temperatures the trichlor puck will also dissolve quite slowly.

Thanks, I forgot about that feature in Poolmath. Picked up a floater and a small bucket of trichlor pucks. I'm ready. Now I won't be bothering neighbors/family/friends as much to dump liquid bleach for me.
