Chlorine pucks dropped in new Intex UltraFrame pool for a few minutes, now there are yellow/bleached stains. I presume this is a chemical stain which is not removable?

It’s likely bleached out -you’re gonna always have a lovely reminder of what pucks can do.
Luckily intex liners are pretty tough so probably mostly cosmetic.
