It will go away, but jacks is ambiguous about how long it lasts and it would also depend on the dosage that was applied. Since you’re unsure of the dose as the PB applied it, your guess is as good as mine.
Looks like 3 quarts added on April 26 and 2 quarts added on May 1.

On May 2 they note that sequesterant level was tested at 12. Nothing was added after that point
 
In your pool of 28,000 gallons, 38 ppm of sequesterant was added in total over the two doses. Without testing it’s hard to know what level you’re currently at. You could invest in a sequest test kit if you want to know how much residual is still there, and you could test regularly to figure out at what level it is degrading.
