Chlorine level differences

I decided to do an OCLT tonight because my chlorine level won't stay up. I went outside to turn the system off and when I got out there I found these lights on. The top light was actually flashing between green and the red one below it. My salt test today showed 4800. It says flashing green is high salt, so that makes sense, but does that mean flashing with the red? Because red means low salt.

At start up and every 12 hours if continuously operating, an Intellichlor SWCG boots up, essentially running diagnostics and testing the salinity. The RR crossing lights effect indicate that is happening. Usually takes a few minutes. Then the Salt light should be green, the cell light green or off depending on if it is generating, and the Flow light green.

That is what happened I guess since it was all green this morning.

I passed the OCLT, which I'm really glad of. We are going to try running the pump all day instead of only 12 hours to see if we can keep the chlorine level up. I am wondering how to make the schedule last for 24hrs. Is there a setting or do we just not have a schedule for that and just have pool on but have the high speed and spillway on a schedule?
