Chlorine Bleach in Dallas Area

HASA store is about $22/4 gallon after initial deposit for the jugs. I found Leslie's on HWY 26 in Colleyville is selling 12.5% for $17.99 for 4 gallons. Bought 4 cases of the stuff, it should last me a while. Cheapest liquid I could find in this part of the woods.

:) I let them and take the $5...its not like I care what the numbers say :)
Not to mention I don't mind getting MA or pool salt from them from time to time.

No I did not! I did let them test my water, pH 8.0, TC 6.0 CYA 40, CH 175 which was vastly different from my measurements at the house, pH 7.5, TC 4.5, CYA 30, CH 220. I'm going to stick with my numbers for now...

Im a veteran so I get 10% at lowes and Home Depot every time I shop there. I don't actually use that brand as I just bet regular bleach at Walmart or WinCo.
Patrick you may want to update your signature line with your pool info and such (see the link). When was your build?

Thanks Cliff! I'll have to check out your build!

Because of this thread I located the same pool essentials liquid chlorine at Lowes that is out of stock at Walmart. A bit more expensive (3.98 compared to 3.64) but Lowes is running a 10% online coupon now. Time to load up!

Was being lazy about my signature but it's now updated :) CYA levels are high (100) so currently doing a drain and fill to bring that level down. Wish I would have gotten a test kit earlier rather than sending my wife daily to the pool store!

Glad I found this site and thanks for the help.

PS - Thank you for your service!

You might want to check and make sure you hit save on that signature line? It isn't showing up.

Update to an old thread:

Currently, 1 Stop Pool Store @ Spring Creek & Custer sells 4 gallons of 12.5% liquid chlorine for $17.99.

Also, for those of you in the Far North 'Burbs, 1 Stop Pool Store is opening a second location in a few weeks in Frisco @ Main and Preston.

Hey there fellow Proper resident... if you are just looking for liquid chlorine, you drive past quite a few walmarts, lowes and home depots to get to those pool stores. We are lucky to have lots of options for liquid chlorine and each of those will have it for around $3.50 a gallon.
