I have been following TFP and everything has been working out well, pool was complete last September and closed until mid April.

recently I noticed a small chip in the plaster in the sun shelf. I first thought It might be calcium but I reached down and it is a divot in the plaster. See pic.

any advice for this?

my numbers are the following:
TC: 3
FC: 3 (2-4)
pH: 7.8 (7.6 - 8.0)
Hardness: 400
TA: 80
CYA: 60
Borate: 35
Salinity: 3400

I'm converted it to salt water about 3-4 weeks ago and added borate a few days ago (spot appeared last week though)
first pic is the pool (sun shelf did have some blotchiness since they plastered it), second pic is the chip and third is a zoom in....it is very tiny (about 1/2") but clearly a chip

Have your PB or plasterer mix up a patch that will blend in with the color you have.
