Chemicals on hand for new finish

I am weeks away from finishing my pool. The finish will be Pebble Fina steel grey. What quantity of chemicals do you suggest to have on hand to start.

I will using a Taylor K2006c. I calculate about 24k gal. I will be using the National Plaster Council Standard start up.

What is the pH, TA, and CH of your fill water?

at this point I am not sure. I will check with the water delivery company.

Every gallon of 10% liquid chlorine will give you 4.2 ppm of FC. You will use about 2 PPM of FC per day this time of year in NY. So you need about 20 gallons of 10% liquid chlorine for the first month.

6 pounds of dry stabilizer will give you the 30 ppm of CYA you need for the first month.

I would get 4 gallons of 31% muriatic acid to start with.

Those are the basic chemicals you should need.

How will you be chlorinating the pool after startup?
