Chemical suggestions?

Today’s readings via TF-100 test kit:
PH- 7.5
TA- 100
CYA- 70
Calcium- 325
FC- 9.5
CC- 1
TC- 10.5

SWG Pool running for 8hrs day with IC-60 running at 60%

18k gallon pool

Chlorine seems high....suggestions?

I retested chlorine with speed stir and now I get 11.5 for FC and 0.5 for CC. This is driving me nuts!!! One question is when the test says to add drops until the solution turns clear.....I see it go clear but then by the time I go to the next step (to add R-0003 to test for CC) the once clear solution is now a faint pink. Is that normal or do I need to add more drops of R-0871 until it stays clear for more than a minute?

Normal the initial change to clear is your number.

Your chlorine is not all that high, nothing to keep people out. However, it sounds like you could shorten the filter time and thus the SWG so less is produced and you save money. Or just turn down the SWG.
