Checking on new Heater placement

I'm taking on replacing our heater. I removed the old Raypak heater that was more to fix than replace. Once removed the old pad was cracked pretty well. It was one of those 1 inch over foam pads. So I poured a bigger pad that was larger and thicker than the old path.

Now that I have the heater in place, it seems the pad might be too small?

Could anyone give me insight if this will be OK if I finish piping everything.

The feet are all supported on the concrete pad. not touching anything else.

I‘ll measure how far from the window to double check.
