Check Out My Design! - Any Gunite Guestimates

This should be my final design (need to stop changing things at this point). What do you think?

Also, I'm trying to figure out how many cubic yards of gunite/shotcrete I would need. Would love to see some guestimates!

Most of the details are on the design. The main things that would require additional gunite would be: tanning ledge, bar w/ 12" raised shelf and 3 stools, 37' of 12inch raised bond beam, 10' of 6inch raised bond beam.

Alright, if you want a guesstimate...I'll take a wild stab at the yardage for the shell/spa.

I'm going to say 40-42 yds.

I like the design. Very nice.

Did the builder specify the thickness of the floor and walls?

My pool is bigger than yours (130 ft perimeter, 707 sq ft, 8.5 ft deep), does not have a spa, does have a 8x12 tanning shelf, does not have the bar area or raised bond beam. My pool took 33 yards.

I am going owner/builder. 12" at the bond beam and 8-9" throughout.

996 Square feet. 1176 square feet including the catch basin. 80 yards of shotcrete for infinity edge pool

My guess is 50 yds with 8"-12" throughout, IMHO and in the OKC area it is $130/yd.
