I have a fiberglass pool that is only a few years old that I have been taking care of for about a year. On most of the sides of the pool it looks a little yellow. When I wipe it with my hand there is a chalky residue on my hand. When I brushed it the chalky residue made the water look a little milky. SWG pool. Cl-3, PH-7.8, alk-80, calcium 220, stabilizer 70. Any ideas what this might be?
