No. Only way to remove calcium is to remove water with the calcium and replace with water that has less calcium.

What is your CH?
 
Then you need calcium chloride. Typically available at pool stores and some big box stores. Some brands of de-icer are acceptable but you must be wary of additives that you do not want.
