Given that my CH is so high I’m assuming the scale in my vacuum is calcium deposits? There are areas in the liner that it is stuck on. Won’t come off with brush. Working on my CYA now to get it correct. Will that help loosen it up or is there another product I should try?

I was playing with the CSI calculator on the app. I will perform the overnight chlorine loss test and see what I come up with. I noticed that CYA had a significant impact on the CSI number. That combined with the correct PH should get my CSI lined up.
